Use professional language in support, feedback, and campaign communication.

Quality and Honesty

Vidfer is built for authentic activity, transparent feedback, and fair participation.

Submit truthful campaign information and valid supporting evidence.
Provide genuine seller feedback without spam or copy-paste abuse.
Do not use bots, fake accounts, or manipulated actions.

Role-Based Conduct

Vidfer Policy

Buyers, sellers, and admin users each have role-specific responsibilities that must be respected.

Buyers should submit clear campaign goals and accurate payment details.
Sellers should complete tasks honestly and follow quality instructions.
Admin users should enforce rules consistently and document key moderation actions.

Reporting and Enforcement

Vidfer Policy

Policy breaches can be reported for review, and enforcement actions are applied according to severity and evidence.

Users can report violations through official support routes.
Serious violations may lead to immediate lock, suspension, or permanent removal.
Repeat offenders may lose access to current and future platform services.
